Waking up early for school is something most of us dread. According to the National Sleep Foundation, teen’s bodies’ biological sleep patterns make going to bed late easy and waking up early difficult. So in this case, give in to biology and catch some extra Z’s!
2. Eat Breakfast
Take time to enjoy breakfast. Most students find themselves rushing out the house in the morning, but the snow has given you time to chill.
3. Get Ahead
Have assigned reading? Use some of this free time to read ahead. This will make it so you aren’t rushing around due dates, and you might be able to get a better understanding.
Use some of your free time to review what’s going on in class. You’re missing time from school, so lessons might be a little rushed when you get back. A little studying now means less cramming later!
5. Take A Break
You deserve a break. Go outside and enjoy the snow – build a snowman, start a snowball fight, or go sledding!!
