Finding a new way to spend time doing something you like!

It’s always worthwhile to try a new activity you been thinking about, even if it seems scary at first!
5. Procrastinate less
Sure we tell ourselves we will do it later until later turns into last minute, get a jump start on things
6. Explore healthy versions of your favorite fast food at home
Fast food places can have so many options and are convenient but how great would it be to make your own chicken nuggets (and know what you put in them)
7. Learn how to budget
Try spending a certain amount less than normal each week/month. By the end of the year you will be thrilled at how much this adds up to!
8. Give the screen a rest
It’s amazing how often we use our phones on a daily basis from texting, to apps, to taking pictures. Make a point to set aside your phone at certain times during the day!
9. Let go of the past
Instead of dwelling on the past, make a conscious effort to learn from it and move forward!
