Abroad101 Student of the Week #0129 – Charlie Clark

Congratulations to our 127th Abroad101 Student of the Week, Charlie Clark! Charlie is a sophomore at Reading Memorial High School with a love for traveling.  He is an amateur musician and hip hop dancer who loves reading and learning in the classroom. In the future, Cha$33rlie plans to be a performer and wishes to one day play in South Korea and other parts of the world. Charlie is a motivated hard-working young man who definitely has the passion for succeeding in his goals and dream.

Now, Charlie has the chance to travel globally as he was accepted into the Quest Exchange’s High School Study Abroad program. He was not only accepted but also has already raised over $3,000 to study a semester in South Korea. What an adventure! Charlie is fascinated by Korean culture, food, and music, which is why he would love to travel abroad there. This prestigious program will allow Charlie to develop a new perspective on American society as he is very interested in the makings of a foreign culture.

We are very excited to announce that Abroad101 is donating to Charlie’s mission. However, Charlie is still $1,865.00 away from his goal. With only two days left, he is asking for donations in order to pay for the remaining costs of his trip to South Korea. Your donation will directly go towards Charlie’s travel expenses. Please promote and help send Charlie to his dream study abroad program in South Korea!
