Abroad101 Student of the Week #0077 – Crysta Marquez

She is in her last year at Texas State University studying business management with a minor in international business. During her time at Texas State University she has been a team member on the women’s club soccer team and part of the Collegiate Entrepreneur Organization for three years, where she holds an officer position. With Crysta’s entrepreneurial mindset her future goals including starting her own non-profit organization,  that will help give aid to low income neighborhoods to work on house improvement projects. Prior to graduation, Crysta has always wanted to study abroad to broaden her horizons and luckily she now has the opportunity to do just that!

In just a few short weeks Crysta will be traveling to Chile to spend time studying at La Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Vina del Mar. This private university started the first business school in Chile and will be such a great university for her to continue her degree. To help Crysta afford this experience of a lifetime, she need some assistance! Crysta has started a fundraising Mission to help her pay for  for rent, flight costs, and other expenses.
